Heights Tower Service is seeking a Tower Lead to support our Ohio market. You will assist the crew foreman with site management, tower/ground operations, sweep testing, and RF testing while ensuring safety and quality.
You will train and guide subordinate climbers to maximize safety and productivity, and you will coordinate with customers and subcontractors. The role requires tower work up to 500 feet, extensive travel, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
