Position will float between two departments:
Cardiology and Diagnostic Imaging
Job Summary:
- Performs a variety of secretarial, receptionist, and non-clinical nursing tasks under the direction of the professional staff.
- Interacts with others in a respectful and courteous manner.
- Collaborates with physician offices to schedule procedures.
- Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members.
- Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory accrediting body requirements and professional practice standards.
- Graduate of an accredited business program or certificate program above a high school equivalent
- Previous office experience related to any area of business where the confidentiality of records is held paramount (medical records, legal office, etc)
