Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team for the 2nd shift. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. Previous hotel or resort front desk experience is preferred, along with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures.

Duties
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and perform night audit functions as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring timely responses and proper call handling
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with tact and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; multilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment during evening hours
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and resort or hotel environments is advantageous
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards
  • Flexibility to work during the 2nd shift hours, including evenings on weekdays and weekends.
