• Starting pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour

As a General Laborer, you will work alongside experienced production professionals to manufacture high-quality precast concrete products. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer hands‑on work, enjoy seeing the results of their efforts, and want a stable career with opportunities to grow.

• Assist with the production of precast concrete products
• Prepare materials, tools, and work areas for daily operations
• Lift, move, stack, and organize materials safely and efficiently
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment after training
• Support production crews with assembly, setup, and cleanup activities
• Inspect work areas and materials for safety and quality concerns
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other production‑related tasks as assigned

Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or labor experience is helpful but not required.

• Monday through Friday
• Start times typically between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM
• Occasional Saturday work based on production schedules
• Average workweek of 40–45+ hours
