Manufacturing Associate

Manufacturing Technician – Mount Vernon, OH

$18–$22 per hour | 2nd Shift | 4 PM – Midnight | You will train on 1st Shift for 30 to 60 days

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll work hands‑on with advanced materials and precision components that support next‑generation propulsion systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem‑solving, and contributing to mission‑critical manufacturing.

• 2nd Shift: 4 PM – Midnight
• Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

• Use required procedures, tools, systems, and travelers to complete daily tasks
• Perform hand finishing of PMMA, Wax, and SLA patterns per specifications
• Hand finish ceramic cores following established procedures
• Collaborate with Quality teams to resolve product issues
• Complete scrap tickets and ensure proper documentation for rejected products
• Process wax patterns through support wax removal and pattern wash
• Maintain a positive, “all hands on deck” attitude when production needs arise
• Enter data accurately into Epicor MES daily
• Complete all job paperwork in a timely manner
• Clean and maintain equipment as needed
• Keep workstation and department clean and organized
• Cross‑train across multiple areas to support overall operations

• Assembly or machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with basic shop tools and hand tools
• Dependability, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• U.S. Citizenship required (must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance)
