Job Details

Multiple Specialty Options Available:
Oncology / Home Health / Progressive Care Unit / Med Surg / ER / Acute Rehab Unit (Part-time: 24hrs per week Days)

• Assess and reassess patient conditions through thorough data collection and evaluation, utilizing the nursing process.
• Develop and revise nursing plans of care tailored to individual patient needs and expected outcomes.
• Deliver safe and efficient nursing interventions to address identified patient needs, focusing on rehabilitation and functional improvement.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust plans of care accordingly.
• Provide patient and family education on healthcare treatments, procedures, and post-hospital care instructions as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Certification in specialty preferred; ACLS required for Critical Care units (ICU/PCU), PALS required for Pediatric units, to be obtained within one year of hire.
