Role Overview

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Night Shift RN on the Medical‑Surgical Floor, delivering high‑quality patient care. You will receive a generous $25,000 sign‑on bonus with a 2‑year commitment, a competitive salary of $65,000 – $95,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, prescription, and dental coverage.

Full‑time night shift with an average of 36 hours per week (7:00 pm – 7:30 am). Weekends and holidays as required with emphasis on work‑life balance.

• Assess and reassess patients’ condition based upon observation, interview of patient and/or family, physician’s diagnosis, diagnostic results, and relevant data from other healthcare providers.
• Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients.
• Care for patients ranging from adolescent to geriatric across medical/surgical/palliative care.
• Deliver safe rehabilitation nursing interventions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high‑quality care.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departments.
• Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing education program (BSN preferred).
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR (BLS) certification.
