Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Night Shift RN on the Medical‑Surgical Floor. Deliver high‑quality patient care and receive a $25,000 sign‑on bonus with a 2‑year commitment.

• Full‑time night shift, 36 average weekly hours (7:00 pm – 7:30 am)

• Assess and reassess patient’s condition based on observation, patient interview, family input, physician diagnosis, diagnostic results, and data from other healthcare providers
• Develop and revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients
• Provide care for all patients from adolescent to geriatric for medical/surgical/palliative care
• Deliver safe rehabilitation nursing interventions
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high‑quality care
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departments
• Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information

• Graduate of an accredited nursing education program (BSN preferred)
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
