Job Summary
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Night Shift RN on the Medical‑Surgical Floor, where you'll deliver high-quality patient care. Enjoy a generous $25,000 sign‑on bonus with a 2‑year commitment.
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 per year.

- Assess/reassess patient’s condition based upon observation of patient and interview of patient and/or family, physician’s diagnosis and data, diagnostic results, and relevant data from other healthcare providers
- Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients
- Care for all patients from adolescent to geriatric for medical/surgical/palliative care
- Deliver safe rehabilitation nursing interventions
- Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high‑quality care
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departments
- Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information
- Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
