Full-time outside sales role covering Knox County, Ohio. You'll spend your days face-to-face with local business owners — restaurants, retailers, salons, gyms, contractors — showing them how Sway Cash drives real engagement and foot traffic, and earning uncapped commission on every account you bring in. Base salary plus commission, full benefits, company laptop, and mileage and phone reimbursement.

Sway Cash is a hyperlocal community rewards app. Members earn points by engaging with a daily feed of polls, trivia, and content from local businesses and nonprofits, then spend those points at neighborhood shops or donate to local causes. We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Community Marketing Consultant) to grow Sway Cash across Knox County. You'll work face-to-face with local business owners, sign them up, and earn commission on the accounts you bring in. Most of your day is on the road and on your feet, not at a desk.

• Travel across Knox County to visit local business owners — restaurants, retailers, salons, gyms, home services, and contractors
• Meet with owners and decision-makers, explain what Sway Cash is and how it works, and show them how it can help their business grow
• Sign new customers and stay close to them after the sale
• Build a book of business across your territory

• Year‑1 on‑target earnings (OTE): $55,000–$75,000
• Base salary: $35,000–$45,000 based on experience
• Commission on the revenue you bring in, paid monthly, uncapped
• Strong year‑1 performers earn meaningfully more in year two and beyond

• 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a role where you found your own customers
• Deep familiarity with Knox County — you know the towns, the businesses, and the people
