Business Account Manager

Mercury Fiber is seeking a Business Account Manager to grow and support small and mid-sized business customers for our Phoenix-based internet and fiber services. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, run rate comparisons, and present tailored connectivity and savings solutions. You'll manage a book of business, handle renewals, and negotiate pricing and promotions with transparency. Partnering closely with operations and support, you'll ensure smooth installs, upgrades, and issue resolution.
