Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur to maintain restaurant facilities;
Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime;
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance needs of each Burger King restaurant;
Communicate effectively with management and coworkers about repairs and status;
Utilize basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical knowledge to repair equipment
