Senior Corporate Recruiter

Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Mt Vernon, Virginia.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning
• Recruit for a wide range of corporate, operational, hospitality, retail, facilities, and museum-related positions
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and social media
• Manage ATS administration and recruiting process improvements
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for both professional and frontline operational roles
• High-volume recruiting experience with a strong focus on candidate experience
• ATS and Paycom experience required;
  Paycor preferred
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment laws, and hiring best practices
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and relationship-building skills

• $35-$38/hr
• Permanent Salary: $75K-$85K
• 100% onsite
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
