Part-TimePosition Overview
The Back of House Pavilion Associate will be responsible for the assigned station during their shift. Ensuring that the stations are set with appropriate products and ready for service. Completing any necessary preparation needed to do so. The BOH Pavilion Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, working a flattop grill, fryers, ovens, and a gas stove top to prepare and execute the menu items.
Being in constant communication with other team members and management.
24-28 hours per week, to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Responsibilities- Follows both the written and verbal preparation lists
- Food preparation using the First In First Out system
- Executing food products to the set standard by the Chef
- Ensures that all food and other items are stored properly
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies for service
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly kitchen
- Keeps an inventory of their station’s products
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Prior experience preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work weekends, all holidays, mornings, and nights
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment
- Ability to read & write in English

This role takes place in a busy restaurant or café setting, involving regular interaction with guests and coworkers. The pace is fast and dynamic, particularly during meal service times. Noise levels can be moderate to high.
Physical Requirements- Requires prolonged standing and walking, carrying trays, reaching, and bending.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Clear verbal communication and customer service skills are essential.
- The role also involves handling food and beverages.
