Leidos is looking for a passionate Systems Engineer with hands‑on experience in the TMPC Mission Distribution System (MDS) and the Weapons Control System. • Collaborate and Innovate: Join a seasoned team of Systems Engineers and work closely to scrutinize requirements and execute test modifications, ensuring every detail aligns with meticulously defined standards.
• Own the Testing Cycle: From designing and developing software tests to troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing mission‑critical systems, you’ll be an integral part of the quality assurance process throughout the full testing life cycle.
• Analyze and Evolve: Dive deep into software requirements analysis, evaluate hardware compatibility, and build comprehensive test procedures—all while applying industry‑leading principles, standards, and the latest tools to drive our software‑intensive products forward.
• Operate in a DoD Environment: Bring your experience from DoD testing environments to bear, ensuring that every component of your work meets the high demands and rigorous quality expectations of defense technology.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience. Additional direct experience, training, or certification may substitute the degree requirement.
• US Citizen; current possess and active Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for developing robust software test plans.

• Master's degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience with the Tomahawk Weapon System and familiarity with the Valid Platform List will set you apart and help you quickly integrate into our cutting‑edge projects.
