We are looking to recruit a reliable full time Office Administrator who is willing to work on their own initiative, to be highly motivated, punctual & complete all day to day tasks that a Busy Construction office brings.
Responsibilities- Knowledge of handling Insurance requirements
- Payroll for 30+ Employee’s on a weekly basis
- Invoicing & Requisition s
- Accounts Payable
- General Day to Day tasks of running a office
- Quick Books, Quantum
- To be able to work independently and part of a team
Mount Vernon, In office position only – Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30pm
Previous Office Experience preferred but training can be provided to the right candidate.
