Office Support
Location:
Mt Vernon, Washington
- Greet visitors, handle a busy phone system, route calls, and respond to requests and questions by various callers, both inside and outside the company.
- Coordinate various events or logistics associated with meetings, tours, and lunches.
- Support various crew communications and programs.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory for office supplies and company clothing apparel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Perform general office‑accounting duties and cross‑train to assist in various departments and positions.
- Maintain scheduling and calendars for the conference room.
- Work with and maintain confidential information.
- 2 years of recent office administration experience with good work references.
- Effective communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills with emphasis on courtesy and professionalism.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to focus, work independently, and multi‑task with consistency and accuracy.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and organized, with willingness to accept increasing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.

The general wage range for this position is from $20 to $24 per hour, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
