Bilingual Receptionist
Join us in helping build the foundation for lifelong success! Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a mission driven non-profit organization located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. We provide individualized services for families and their children with unique developmental needs in Skagit County, WA. SPARC is seeking highly motivated bilingual receptionists to join our team.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written, including the ability to compose professional correspondence
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to provide professional and compassionate support to clients and visitors
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data management systems
The Receptionist is the first point of contact and responsible for greeting families, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day front desk operations by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Include the following but are not limited to, other duties may be assigned)
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, or direct callers to voicemail as appropriate
- Retrieve and forward voicemail messages to the appropriate staff members
- Greet and check in patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive, open, date-stamp, and route incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, email, and faxes
- Copy, file, and draft routine correspondence as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support all programs with data entry and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with all program managers regarding database management, and special data entry projects
- Provide additional administrative support to all programs upon request
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA
- Other duties as assigned

Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkClassification:
Full Time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
32 hours per week worked 8:15am – 4:45 pm Monday – Thursday with a 30-minute lunch break
