Salary Range: $19.10 To $22.29 Annually

The Skagit Valley Herald in Mount Vernon, Washington, is seeking a well-rounded, full-time reporter to cover one of the state's most diverse and exciting communities. The successful applicant will have good news judgement, a commitment to accuracy and fairness, and a desire to grow with a newspaper that serves its readers on numerous platforms.  Must-haves  include strong social media skills and basic video and photography skills.

Minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field and a demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
