Seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide front-line support to customers, internal teams, and external agencies. The role focuses on timely call handling, case resolution, and providing accurate accessibility and service information related to Metro Access.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and return customer, internal, and external agency calls by the next business day
- Provide first-line response to eligibility customer complaints
- Review, investigate, and close cases in COM within five (5) business days
- Support customers with accessibility information related to Metro Access services, policies, and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- USD 18–25 per hour
