Customer Service Advisor

Papé Machinery Inc., a leading wholesale equipment dealer, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our agricultural, construction, and forestry customers. In this on-site role, you'll handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and scheduling for parts, rentals, and service while coordinating closely with sales and service teams. You'll ensure timely, accurate support, maintain customer records, and promote safety and integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with equipment parts, rentals, and service scheduling
• Provide accurate quotes, order entry, and documentation in company systems
• Coordinate with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure timely customer solutions
• Follow up on open orders, service jobs, and customer issues to resolution
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, and maintenance programs
• Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
• Support inside sales activities and promote company products and services
• Adhere to safety policies and support a safe work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
