Annual Compensation:
Up to $450,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Full-Time General Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Mount Vernon, Washington

Job Responsibilities
  • Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose oral health conditions
  • Utilize digital X-rays and imaging technology to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, veneers, extractions, whitening, bonding, and decay treatment
  • Administer local anesthesia as needed for patient comfort
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings and preventative evaluations
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions
  • Prescribe medications including antibiotics and pain management when appropriate
  • Take dental impressions for custom appliances such as dentures and mouthguards
  • Maintain strict compliance with sterilization protocols and infection control standards
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC regulations
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Active state dental license (Washington) or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification required
  • Knowledge of dental health and safety regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines
  • Experience with dental software or practice management systems preferred
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
