Alpine Dental is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, patient-centered dental practice in Mount Vernon. Our expanding practice focuses on preventive care and periodontal health, with dentists and hygienists working closely together using the latest AAP periodontal therapy guidelines. We foster a supportive team environment through regular clinical calibration meetings and continued learning opportunities to help patients achieve optimal oral health.

Compensation- $55–$100 per hour
- Hourly base plus bonus per patient seen
- Welcome and provide exceptional care to patients
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
- Take diagnostic dental X‑rays
- Identify periodontal disease, gingivitis, and oral health conditions
- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene treatments tailored to each patient
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charts
- Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with dentists on periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
- Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain
- Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent time management
