Dental Hygienist

Pay rate: $55-$100/hr (hourly base plus bonus per number of patients seen)

Alpine Dental is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, patient-centered dental practice in Mount Vernon. • Hourly base plus bonus per patient seen

• Welcome and provide exceptional care to patients
• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
• Take diagnostic dental X‑rays
• Identify periodontal disease, gingivitis, and oral health conditions
• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene treatments tailored to each patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charts
• Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with dentists on periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning

• Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain
• Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time management

• Ability to meet the physical demands of clinical hygiene work
