Under the direction of the Building Administrator is responsible for supporting the elementary educational process. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.

Duties may include recess and/or lunch supervision, student support in classrooms and student supervision during dismissal.

$26.43 - $30.09 Para educator A per 2025-26 Public School Employees Salary Schedule. Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.

• Start Date: February 18, 2026
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:45 a.m.
  
  - 3:30 p.m.
• Calendar: 9 months/year; enjoy time office during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 10 paid holidays.

• Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, and meet one of the following:
  • Have received a score of 455 on the ETS Para Pro (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). ),or a qualifying score on the Pearson Paraprofessional assess mentor Master Teacher Inc. Para educator Training Program;
  • Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university;
  • Have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university.
• Upon hire, must complete the Fundamental Course of Study (FCS)-Para educator Certificate.
• Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
