Position: Administrative Services Manager C (Operations Manager)
The Opportunity:

There are two (2) Administrative Services Manager C vacancies available. One position is assigned to the Workforce Education division and the other to the Arts & Sciences division. While both positions share the same classification, each supports a distinct instructional mission with unique operational priorities.

The Workforce Education position supports career and technical education programs that prepare students to enter or advance in high-demand careers through workforce degrees, certificates, apprenticeships, internships, and industry partnerships. This division works closely with employers, community partners, and workforce agencies to ensure programs align with regional labor market needs and provide students with direct pathways to employment.

The Arts & Sciences position supports transfer-oriented academic programs that prepare students to successfully transfer to four-year colleges and universities. This division emphasizes academic excellence, general education, and student success while supporting pathways leading to bachelor's degree completion.

The Unit Operations Manager C serves as the lead for fiscal and operational systems within an instructional unit at the college. Reporting to the Executive Dean, this position supports budget development and strategy while leading fiscal tracking, contract development, personnel processes, and administrative operations across multiple programs and funding sources.

This role ensures the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of operational systems that support the unit, including overseeing a diverse portfolio of funding sources and complex accounts. The position manages administrative staff, tracks faculty workload, and provides training and technical guidance to faculty, staff, and administrators.

Both positions are full-time, classified position working 40 hours per week, 12 months per year. These positions work onsite on the main campus located in Mount Vernon, Washington.
