Our AmLaw 100 client’s Government Contracts & National Security team is ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Legal 500. The group advises major defense, aerospace, and technology clients on cutting‑edge matters at the intersection of law, policy, and national security.
Role Summary
This associate will work on litigation, investigations, export controls, cybersecurity, and transactional matters involving government contractors. The group handles bid protests, OTAs, CRADAs, TIAs, and high‑stakes audits and enforcement actions.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in government contracts or national security law
Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
Judicial clerkship or academic background in government contracts preferred
Licensed or eligible to practice in Washington, DC

Salary Range
$260,000–$365,000, commensurate with experience. Hours‑based bonus eligibility.
