We’re looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Mount Vernon
, providing support to clients with complex care needs.

About the Role

As a Support Worker with Kanda, you’ll provide individualised, person‑centred support in home and community settings, helping clients maintain routines, develop skills, and enjoy everyday life. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, delivering reliable and professional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing daily living and personal care support as required
  • Supporting routines, independence, and wellbeing
  • Assisting with community access, appointments, and social participation
  • Implementing care plans using trauma-informed, person‑centred approaches
  • Collaborating with team members and documenting support provided
Shifts Available
  • Morning and evening shifts available
  • Flexible but consistent roster
  • Paid buddy shifts and structured training provided

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care, mental health, or acquired brain injury
