- Full‑time (0.75–1.0 FTE) – $3,000

- The wage range for Medical Assistant Certified (MA‑C) is $23.48 – $31.86.
- The wage range for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is $26.06 – $38.66.
- Placement within the wage range is determined by the candidate's relevant experience.
- Candidates are eligible to receive a sign‑on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full‑time position or $1,500 when accepting a part‑time position.
- Employees are eligible annually to participate in discretionary bonus programs, including the Years‑of‑Service bonus program, the Quality Performance bonus program, and the Performance Recognition bonus program.
Active or interim Medical Assistant Certified (MA‑C) or LPN licensure through the Washington State Department of Health. Previous medical office and/or phone triage experience is a plus.

- Health benefits include three different medical plan options, a flexible dental benefit (including orthodontia), vision coverage, Employee Assistance Plans, Flexible Spending Account program, and Life/AD&D plans. Benefit eligibility is determined based on the full or part‑time status of the position.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrue from the first day of employment. Employees may take paid time off after 60 days of employment. Full‑time employees accrue approximately 18 days per year, and accrue up to 48 hours per year for EIB. Employees who are ineligible for the PTO/EIB programs accrue Paid Sick Leave per Washington State law.
- Our retirement plan programs support you in preparing for retirement, including a 401(k) plan with company match and a Profit Sharing Plan. Eligibility is determined based on years of service and required payroll hours.
