Sea Mar's Behavioral Health Department in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a Full‑Time Integrated MH Therapist or Licensed Therapist. The IMHT functions as a core member of the Clinical Care Team, working within a medical setting to provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams. The role also involves education of staff on mental health service referrals, psycho‑educational topics, maintaining documentation, and strong communication with the care team.

Candidate must hold an active WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor License (or be eligible within 60 days of offer). The position offers an hourly rate of $32.26 for an Integrated MH Therapist III and an annual salary of $73,528.00 for a Licensed Therapist.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution, including coursework in psychological diagnostics.
• Must have three (3) or more years of experience in the field.
• Provides brief, strength‑based, solution‑focused services to adults, children, and families, including suicide prevention, de‑escalation, and motivational counseling.
