Provide direct leadership to the front end department crew members, including planning and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and administering discipline as needed.;
Participate in training and development opportunities and mentor front end crew members to deliver outstanding guest service during checkout.;
Communicate guest service expectations and lead by example for the team.;
Manage training for new front end crew members through probation and onboarding activities, including LMS videos.;
Maintain schedule creation and adjustments to meet business needs while adhering to labor laws and union guidelines.
