Job Functions / Responsibilities

* Provide customer service to internal and external customers;
Respond to inquiries from PTC HR Inbox

* Plan and support employee engagement events:
Summer Picnic, Intern Ride and Drive, Ice Cream Social, Offsite Intern Gathering

* Assist with personnel file conversion from hard files to electronic

* Coordinate training for managers and employees

* Provide support for internal audit preparation

* Participate in continuous improvement activities

* Create marketing materials and manage updates for the HR SharePoint and Communication Boards

* Manage/participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications / Skills

* Must have ability to handle confidential information appropriately

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities or deadlines

* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor

* Proven customer service skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

Education

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program, preferably graduating in 2026.

PACCAR Benefits
