Director of Nursing Services (DNS) position – Beautiful Okanogan County!
We are currently accepting applications for a Director of Nursing Services (DNS) position at a reputable Skilled Nursing facility located in the foothills of the Okanogan Highlands in north-central Washington. The DNS will lead the Skilled Nursing department and ensure the best possible care and services for residents.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and provide oversight for the care team
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WA with a current license
- At least 2 years of experience working in geriatrics as a DON, ADON, or Supervisor
- Demonstrated history of excellent survey results
- Good tenure
- Hospitality mindset and a customer service focused approach to care
