Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting plant maintenance and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$120,000 - $145,000

• Develop and implement maintenance and improvement programs to enhance plant and equipment performance.
• Promote safety standards and ensure compliance across all maintenance activities.
• Manage and develop the maintenance team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, maintaining accurate records for all assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure all projects meet safety and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management systems, preventative and predictive maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities as needed.
