Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of high‑tech machinery and systems in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems, lathe, mill, pneumatic systems, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to help them perform effectively.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot and repair electronic and robotic systems, coordinating with external service providers as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Participate in cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry.

Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment.

Proven experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance.

Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.

Strong supervisory skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Solid knowledge of quality control principles and safety compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with all levels of the organization.

A relevant technical qualification would be advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
