A well-established local manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a growing company that specializes in custom fabricated products for a variety of industries.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities- Assist in the production and fabrication process
- Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely
- Read and follow work instructions and production specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
- Manufacturing, production, fabrication, warehouse, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Proven history of dependability and strong work performance
