Work Shift:

12‑hour shifts – primarily night 7pm–7am (Day shift 7am–7pm). Overtime and weekend work required. Pay Scale: starting $23.58 per hour, 24‑month top out $27.77 plus $2.00 night differential.

• Set up, operate, and monitor cheese processing machines to produce product for major restaurant and retail customers.
• Perform all process checks (CP, CCP, QP, CQP) and follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement deviations.
• Identify and understand customer requirements; assure proper production operations and assist in quality and safety compliance.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), good housekeeping, safety guidelines, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Execute manual labor tasks such as inspection, rework and sorting operations as needed.
• Use Process Excellence tools for continuous improvement and complete projects assigned by Department Team Leaders.
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record, arrive on time, and be willing to work weekends, off‑shifts, and overtime.
• Read and write English; work in other general labor positions within the plant as required.

• Basic math, counting, and calculator skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift driving experience may be required.
• Physical ability to stand up to 12hours, walk, climb steps/ladders, lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
• Dependable, goal‑oriented, adaptable, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, team‑player, and interpersonal skills.

• Stand, walk and work in a cold, hot or wet environment up to 12hours.
• Lift or carry up to 50lbs up to four times per hour.
• Perform bending, squatting, twisting and reaching motions up to 15minutes per hour.
• Climb steps, ladders, and work at heights occasionally.
