This is a pitman shift- 2-3-2 schedule

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, safety, lean manufacturing tools, and six sigma tools. If you are a proactive individual with an innate ability to lead a team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Implementing lean manufacturing principles and six sigma tools to optimize production processes.

Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Conducting regular quality control checks to maintain high product standards.

Coordinating with other departments for production planning and scheduling, ensuring that production targets are met.

Identifying areas for procedural improvements and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Reporting on production activities and performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of production planning and scheduling.

Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and six sigma tools.

Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in implementing procedural improvements.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
