Role Snapshot

• Nurse Practitioner

• In-home, local travel
• Pick your own hours (min. 24/week). Just assessments—no meds, no treatments.

• Complete 6–9 in-home health assessments/day

• Review medical history and risk factors

• Collect vitals, labs, and screening data

• Document findings in EMR

• Educate members on next steps

• Coordinate follow-up if red flags show

• Travel across Skagit County; occasional visits in Island County

• Active NP license in WA

• Master’s in Nursing or higher

• Valid driver’s license + reliable car

• Able to work independently in the field

• Pay: $140 per completed visit

• Mileage reimbursed

• Company laptop provided

• Paid training

• No meds, Rx, or call

• You choose full-time or part-time

• Flexible hours (min. 24/week)

• Travel:
  Skagit County primary; limited Island County coverage

• Just you, your car, and your tech
