Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Nurse Navigator to join the Maternal Fetal Medicine team!
Location: Salmon Creek 1, 2525 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686.
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hrs a week. Two 10 hr shifts, two days a week. (Flexibility with which days - please indicate preference in application or cover letter)
Compensation: is generally between $/hr and placement in the range is dependent on evaluation of experience.
The Nurse Navigator coordinates multiple aspects for the experience of women being evaluated in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic. The goal is to eliminate waiting time gaps and lags in steps of the process from initial consultation for high risk pregnancies, through prenatal diagnosis and diagnostic ultrasound. The Nurse Navigator provides continuity of care providing a seamless, coordinated process that supports the woman’s need for education, care coordination and psychosocial support across her experience.

- Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing, prefer BSN.
- Current unencumbered WA State RN Licensure.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
- One to three years of nursing related to obstetrics, labor and delivery, and postpartum services with collaborative group management preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
- Ability to direct others in urgent and emergency situations.
- Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting preferred.
$44.09 - $66.15
