RN / LPN – 1:1 Home Care (Flexible Schedule, Medically Complex Training Provided)

Day or Night Shifts – You choose your schedule

RN: $35–37/hr | LPN: $26–33/hr + NOC diff

This is a long-term case with a supportive, kind family who truly values their nurses. You're not walking into a stressful or unpredictable situation-you're stepping into a stable home where your presence matters.

You’ll be caring for a young adult with medical needs (trach/vent), providing 1:1 support in a calm home setting.

You’ll have the time to:

• Focus on quality care
• Build trust with the patient and family
• Work at a steady, manageable pace

• New grads who want to learn trach/vent skills
• Nurses burned out from hospital or SNF settings
• Nurses who prefer slower pace + meaningful care
• Anyone who wants flexibility and consistency
