Mountain Glen (independent living, assisted living) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Bellingham, Oak Harbor, Arlington, Stanwood and La Conner.
As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

- Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
- Assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$30.00 - $35.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
