About the Role

Jutiya is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead our small, dedicated team at Wodgina mine site. Working closely with our client, Mineral Resources, you’ll oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, site presentation, irrigation, and weed management across camp and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks across the landscaping crew
• Plan and delegate duties including mowing, irrigation, spraying, pruning, and site maintenance
• Conduct pre-starts, toolboxes, and ensure compliance with site safety standards
• Operate and maintain various machinery and vehicles (mowers, loaders, skid steers, sprayers, etc.)
• Liaise with site management to deliver works efficiently and to a high standard
• Monitor site conditions, water systems, and report maintenance issues
• Support staff training, upskilling, and performance development

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping, grounds, or maintenance supervision (mining or remote environment preferred)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with hands‑on ability
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
• White Card
  , First Aid
  , and Police Clearance
• Cert III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent)
• Skid Steer / Loader ticket highly desirable
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and communication
