College Way Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team! We are a fast-paced, small-animal general practice that takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while making a meaningful difference in the community we serve.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy clinical environment, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and brings excellent communication and organizational skills to every shift.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our canine and feline patients
• Assist veterinarians with appointments, procedures, surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, and patient monitoring
• Perform treatments, diagnostics, laboratory work, and medication administration
• Educate and communicate effectively with clients regarding patient care and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client service team members
• Help create a positive, supportive experience for both our patients and their families
• Contribute to our hospital’s strong commitment to supporting the local community

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Washington State
• Previous small-animal veterinary experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a busy environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Dependable, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive hospital culture

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $23 - $28 /hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
