Hourly Wage
$22.5 - $35.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional CompensationAnnual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
