Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location:
Market - SS - WA - Mount Vernon. Average travel up to 90 miles from home.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.
Salary: $20.00 per hour. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid training. Minimum requirement: 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours). Maintain accurate availability.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and repair displays, end‑caps, and fixtures; perform buildouts, resets, and break‑fix repairs.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people); provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in training and certification programs; track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends, early mornings, and holidays based on store or client requirements. Requests to accept all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Relationship Development & LeadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with shared‑services teams, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership to represent the company. Foster a positive work environment and transparent communication among all team members.
Qualifications- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays as needed; early mornings and late nights as needed.
- Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Communicate effectively via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, and app use.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Proficient with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Complete all training assignments within designated time frame; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home.
- Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication, and presentation skills.
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability, and excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
