Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling, and saying hello; assists customers with merchandise and answers questions;
Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment; reports unsafe conditions;
Performs cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing high-touch areas) and replenishes restroom supplies;
Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandises items according to guidelines;
Follows MOS policies and cash/transaction procedures; handles cash and refunds per policies
