• Assist in leadership and motivation of a team of meat cutters and wrappers to create a destination experience for guests.
• Actively cut, bone, trim, grind, tray, wrap, and merchandise fresh beef, pork, and poultry products.
• Assist guests with product selection and sales.
• Track sales and manage the department’s budget.
• Select and order product.
• Build displays.
• Order supplies and manage inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Participate in cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment.
• Obtain a food handler’s permit.
