What You'll Do

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
Learn and demonstrate premium sewing machines, vacuums, and related products
Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
Build lasting customer relationships
Assist customers with product questions, accessories, repairs, and project guidance
Work closely with your teammates to achieve store goals

What We're Looking For

At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
Comfortable working Saturdays

No sewing or vacuum experience?
That's okay. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching to help you become an expert.

Schedule

Full-time
Five days per week
Approximately 9:45 AM-6:15 PM
Closed every Sunday
