Parts Sales Counterperson

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented Parts Sales Counterperson I to join our team.

As the parts expert for customers, you will provide accurate parts recommendations, whether face‑to‑face or over the phone. You will use product literature, specialized software and growing knowledge of parts to ensure customers receive the right parts on time. Your role focuses on building trust, delivering outstanding service, and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

• Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self‑motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with customers by telephone and in person to sell parts and services.
• Above‑average organizational skills.

$22–28/hr (depending on experience)
