Western Forest Products is a growing, locally owned lumber and building materials supplier serving contractors and homeowners throughout Northwest Washington. We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and helping contractors complete projects on time and on budget.

You’ll work with builders, remodelers, and homeowners by preparing quotes, entering orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare accurate material estimates and quotations
• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries
• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person
• Recommend products and upsell complementary building materials
• Work closely with outside sales, purchasing, and dispatch
• Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding quotes
• Help keep the sales floor organized and professional

• 2+ years of inside sales experience (building materials preferred)
• Knowledge of lumber and residential construction
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Bis Track or other ERP systems is a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
